I.I Fussy Fellas Coffee Company
Fussy Fellas is a brand belonging to New Wave Gastronomy with its registered office in Tychy, ul. Darwina 25c/5, NIP: 6462753369, REGON: 243469243. Our micro specialty coffee roaster is also located at this address. Drop by our cafe and take a look at the smoking process
I.II Online Store
The fussyfellas.com online store allows you to order packets of coffee roasted by us (only specialty quality) and coffee accessories and vouchers for coffee training in our roastery/café.
All prices in the offer are in PLN and include VAT.
I.III Sustainable development
We have done our absolute best (if not, please point out the gaps). To make our business fully conscious and sustainable. Starting from the selection of special biodegradable coffee packaging, paper-only stickers, packaging method for shipping, elements of smoking room and cafe equipment (even our cups are 100% paper, they do not even contain bioplastic, let alone hydrocarbon). We try to use only renewable, biodegradable semi-finished products and do not waste raw materials and materials. We do it for you so that you feel good choosing to cooperate with us, but above all for yourself because we do not see any other possibility to conduct such an undertaking satisfactorily.

Placing an order through the online store is tantamount to accepting these regulations.
II Descriptions, photos and prices of products
Both photos and product descriptions are the property of New Wave Gastronomy and the Fussy Fellas Coffee Company project. They are illustrative, but 99% identical to the product you will receive in the package. Due to the fact that each element is more or less hand-made, we reserve the right to minimal deviations in the appearance and properties of the ordered product, as well as between pieces of the same product.
III. Registration on the website
Registration at the Fussy Fellas store is recommended in case you want to place an order. The offer is available without the need to register.
III.I Registration process
You register by providing data according to the guidelines of the registration form.
You will receive an account activation link to the e-mail address provided during the registration process.
We do not collect any other personal information about our customers, especially payment or credit card information. Online payments are made by the Przelewy24 system owned by PayPro SA

III.II Protection of personal data
We process your personal/company data only for the purpose of fulfilling your order and only the employee managing the execution of orders will have access to them. New Wave Gastronomy is the database administrator within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997. You have the right to access your data and correct them. You can also delete your account at any time.
IV Orders
IV.I General information
Placing an order via fussyfellas.com means placing the so-called declaration of will, i.e. an offer to conclude a contract -> is an expression of your intention to purchase a product from us, for a specific price and at a selected time and place.
After placing the order, you will be asked to make a payment via the Przelewy 24 electronic payment service https://www.przelewy24.pl/regulamin.htm
After placing the order, you will also receive an e-mail confirming its submission. Such an e-mail is generated automatically and does not constitute our sale offer or confirmation of acceptance of your offer to purchase marked products. Only after we have credited the payment for your order*, you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address, i.e. our declaration of will to accept your offer.
*the condition of the order is to make a payment in advance.
IV.II Completion date
We usually process orders within three working days. If we do not have a given roasted grain in stock, we will contact you immediately and determine a solution. We reserve the right to inform you about the unavailability of the ordered product if there is an input/output error in our warehouse system. We will then offer a different product, inform you about the possibility of waiting for the next firing or refund the funds depending on which option is most desirable for you.
IV.III Special/B2B orders
In the case of wholesale orders, establishing B2B (business to business) cooperation, please contact us via the contact form.
IV.IV Special situations
If, for some reasons beyond our control, we are unable to process your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to agree on a possible modification or cancellation of the order.
IV.V Complaint
The highest quality is our absolute priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, be sure to let us know by e-mail or via the contact form. We will consider complaints within seven working days. We will definitely figure out how to fix it ?
IV.VI Withdrawal from the contract
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please contact us via the contact form. We will process your request within seven business days. Remember that if coffee is roasted on special request and in quantities that we will not be able to sell without losing quality (shelf-life), the return will not be considered. Orders that have already been sent to the recipient and / or have been received, for the sake of quality issues and the elapsed time since the grain has been roasted, are also not subject to return / resignation on the basis of a procedure other than a complaint. Please consider your orders.
V. Cookies Policy
V.I Definition
